Our secretaries manage referrals to other healthcare providers and deliver an efficient secretarial service to our team of doctors and nurses. They also provide audits on all referral activity and undertake weekly checks of these. The in-house DNA’s are processed each week and a recall system has been set up for the non-attendance of screening.
